Hangar 25 Aviation are able to offer a comprehensive restoration, repair and rebuild services to existing and new customers.
Work carried out includes:

A wide range of aircraft are catered for including vintage aircraft types with experience on aircraft and engines dating back to the 1930's.

Structural Repair
Hangar 25 Aviation specialise in the structural repair of metal and wood and fabric airframes and tubular steel structures.
This includes basic skin replacement to full spar replacement and even assembly of new structural components covering all airframe components from a rudder to complete fuselages or wing assemblies on a wide range of modern and vintage aircraft.
With access to a CAA approved welder, structural repairs of tubular steel airframes as well as component repairs including aluminium welding are carried out on a regular basis.
Fabric Repair & Replacement
Fabric repair and replacement is carried out in house on a wide range of aircraft working with traditional materials or modern polyester based systems including Ceconite & Polyfibre.
This service can be offered as part of a structural repair or as a standalone service.
From a repair patch to a control surface or even complete aircraft, Hangar 25 Aviation have services to suit both modern and vintage aircraft operating on both a Certificate of Airworthiness and Permit to Fly.
