Hangar 25 Aviation are based from a private airstrip, hangar & workshops at Hemploe Farm a 900m airstrip on the Leicestershire/Northants border. Established to supply high quality, professional aircraft engineering services the Hangar 25 Aviation team have quickly built up a loyal customer base comprising of a wide variety of aircraft types.

Hangar 25 Aviation are unique in having the ability and experience working on numerous general aviation and glider aircraft operating both CofA and Permit to Fly systems.


 The team at Hangar 25 specialise in maintenance, repair and restoration of vintage & aerobatic aircraft with a full range of work carried out on a wide variety of aircraft types. The team have also carried out sub-assembly repair and restoration working closely with other world renowned warbird restoration companies. 

Another area Hangar 25 Aviation specialise in is the support of Permit to Fly or LAA managed aircraft, proudly supporting the LAA fleet with the ability to carry out a full range of maintenance and/or inspection work on all airframe construction types, DeHavilland Chipmunk & engines with 2 highly experienced in-house LAA Inspectors. The team look after a growing range of aircraft types in all work from routine maintenance to major repair and rebuild. Notably the business carries a full range of manuals, tooling and experience to carry out a full range of work on the DeHavilland DHC-1 Chipmunk & DH82 Tiger Moth aircraft types as well as extensive experience on types including Vans, Auster, Piper J3/L4 & Pitts aircraft. 

At Hemploe Farm facilities include a large hangar facility, dedicated fabric workshop, Composite workshop and large professional spray booth all on-site.
